The new-authority rate is 5% of total gross revenue for the first three months. After that period, the standard dispatch rate is 3%.

Build with support, then move to the standard rate.
Service is governed by a written agreement. Either party may terminate with 14 days’ written notice, and the standard 3% dispatch rate begins after the first three months.
